德州扑克中的“二四法则”是用来计算成牌概率的，让你能快速计算出你想要的牌出现的概率。计算规则如下：

首先，德州扑克有个概念叫Outs，所谓Outs的意思是你能听的牌张数目。比如你有2张同花，前三张有2张同花。一副牌一共有13张同花，所以你还有13-2-2=9张出牌才能做成同花。

假设Outs数量是X，则：

1条街的成牌概率约=X*2*1%；

2条街的成牌概率约=X*4*1%；
